As Hostworks only works with a small number of customers (~70), we know our customers by name, not by number. Our first priority is fixing problems, not checking the service level contracts when a critical problem is at hand. Each customer is assigned a Client Business Manager who ensures the overall delivery of the service meets our clients’ immediate and future needs.
