Paul Mullen Managing Director

A strong visionary and strategic thinker with extensive industry knowledge, Paul Mullen has over 25 years experience in the Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment and Technology sector.

Prior to being appointed Managing Director at Hostworks, Paul served as Head of Corporate Development at Broadcast Australia and as a Senior Consultant to Macquarie Capital Advisors. Here Paul worked on a range of diverse business development and entrepreneurial initiatives associated with Arqiva, Red Bee Media and the Macquarie Media Group. Importantly, Paul also played a key role in the acquisition of Hostworks on behalf of Broadcast Australia, and thus has had a keen interest and knowledge of the Hostworks business prior to it's purchase.

Prior to his tenure at Macquarie, Paul was the founder and leader of Mediasat, a media and satellite communications business. Under Paul's leadership, Mediasat soon became the most successful satellite services business in Australia in the late 1990's.
